TERMS OF BOOKING AND ACCESS STATEMENT

Reservation

A provisional reservation will be held for 7 days but will lapse if completed booking form and deposit not received.

Deposit

If booking your holiday eight weeks before the holiday starts then a deposit of 25% must be paid.  If the holiday begins less than eight weeks from the time of booking then the full rent must be payable immediately.

Cancellation

If cancellation occurs less than eight weeks before a holiday begins then the whole rent is payable unless we succeed in re-letting.  If more than eight weeks then only the deposit is lost.

Arrival & Departure

All holidays start and finish on a Saturday.  Tenancies commence at 3pm and terminate at 10am

Parking

There is parking off street for one car and ample parking outside on the street for many more.

Pets

We do allow pets out of season for free.  Peak week holidays we unfortunately have to charge £20 due to extra cleaning and little time.  We ask all pet owners that stay to be fully responsible for any damage that their pets may cause.

Tenants Obligations

The Tenant agrees:

to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition

to permit the owners and their agents reasonable access to the property

not to part with possession of the property or any fixtures & fittings, or share it, except with members of the party listed on the booking form

not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description

no all male or all female groups or groups under 21 years old

Complaints

If a problem should arise with any aspect  of the property then please let us know immediately and our utmost will be done to rectify the problem.  Please do not go home and write about a problem that could have been solved if known about.

ACCESS STATEMENT

There is level parking outside the property and one step up to the pathway and two steps to the front door.  There are no dowstairs bedrooms but one cloakroom.  There are three steps down to the back garden.  All the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and unfortunately this property is not suitable for anyone unable to climb stairs.  To obtain more information to see if this property is suitable for your stay please get in touch.
